We are a conglomerate of like-minded people, interested in coming to the rescue of people living in streets, who face different challenges e.g. homelessness, hunger, sickness, clothlessness, sidelined etc.
Street Families Reached
We do children’s homes and juvenile visitations and become the family they’ve always wished to have, a family that helps them have a taste of what life outside the children’s home /juvenile feels like. The interactions when doing activities together such as cleaning, cooking,fellowship etc., gives them a sense of belonging and acceptance
We also do one-on-one mentorship especially to the teens who need guidance on career and life skills. Through this, we are able to match the teens with a mentor in line with their career path. This mentor walks with them and checks on them regularly to see their progress and address their needs
We promote education by helping needy students to raise school fees or even acquire some shopping with basic personal effects when going back to school e.g. sanitary towels for girls, inner garments, bathing soap, shoe polish, toothpaste, body oil etc.
We do Street Dining programs, where we prepare food from a central point and transport it to the streets to share with the families living in the streets
We are coming up with project proposals which revolve around agribusiness, smart farming, environmental conservation etc.
We show some love by sharing our resources with the less fortunate.
Our main aim is to make showing some love a contagious act. By doing what we do, we light a candle to people’s lives, we bring smiles on their faces and we give them hope for a better
today and tomorrow.
